Wherever the project is, the process is identical: a free on-site visit, a written estimate, permits pulled with the local building department when required, and one point of contact from start to finish. Local Permits

Each town issues its own building permits and runs its own inspections. Because we work in these communities regularly, we are familiar with the local process — from Clinton’s Building Department on Church Street to the smaller town halls in Berlin and Bolton. When your project needs a permit, we handle the paperwork and schedule the inspections.
