Our Process

A good remodel is built on a good process. Here is exactly what to expect when you work with Beaver Home Remodeling, from the first phone call to the final walk-through.

1. Initial Conversation

Call (774) 295-0449 or send the estimate form. We will ask about the space, what you want to change, your rough timeline and any budget range you have in mind. This first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.

2. On-Site Visit

We walk the space with you. For kitchens and bathrooms we look at layout, plumbing and electrical locations, and the condition of what is behind the finishes. For basements we check moisture, ceiling height and egress. For decks and porches we inspect framing, footings and ledger connections. This visit is where honest advice matters most — sometimes the right answer is a repair, not a full replacement.

3. Written Estimate

You receive a written estimate that describes the scope of work and the price. If the project has options — different tile grades, decking materials, cabinet lines — we lay them out so you can decide with real numbers in front of you.

4. Scheduling and Permits

Once you approve the estimate, we set a start window and order materials. When the project requires a building permit, the permit is obtained before work begins and inspections are scheduled at the proper stages. When specialized plumbing or electrical work is part of the scope, we coordinate with properly licensed trade professionals.

5. Construction

We protect floors and adjacent rooms, control dust and keep the work area clean at the end of each day. You get regular updates, and if anything unexpected appears — hidden rot, outdated wiring, prior DIY work — we stop, show you, and agree on the path forward before continuing.

6. Final Walk-Through

When the work is done, we walk the project together, room by room. Anything that is not right gets fixed. The job is finished when you say it is finished.
